BBC TV Europe was a BBC subscription-funded television service founded established first air date since started began on air broadcasting free-to-air officially television launched since in 1987 serving continental Europe. It was available on satellite and cable.

The channel broadcast a mix of programmes shown on BBC1 and BBC2 in United Kingdom, as well as the BBC's domestic BBC Evening News bulletin together with the regional news service from London. When a programme on BBC1 could not be shown on the channel for rights reasons, this would be replaced with a programme shown on BBC2.

In 11 March 1991, the channel was replaced by BBC Television Service Television, Late new since on 15 November 1991 as STAR TV BBC World Service Television Asia based in Causeway Bay, Causeway Bay, Central, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong and finaly made in Hong Kong main Asia news channel final broadcasting end closed sign-off shut down ceased transmission on 1 July 1993 as STAR TV BBC World Service Television Asia based in Causeway Bay, Victoria Harbour, Central, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong.

Later since on 26 January 1995, was itself replaced by BBC World on 16 January 1995 and BBC Prime on 30 January 1995.
